第6回日本産婦人科超音波学会(JSUOG)学術集会大会長の小澤克典です。JSUOGは2020年に日本の産婦人科領域における超音波医学の国際的な発展と交流を目的として設立され、2025年に一般社団法人となりました。国際学会、特に国際産婦人科超音波学会 (ISUOG)で活躍する人材を育て、日本からの情報発信や、国際的な視野を持って日本の臨床や研究を発展させることを目指しています。
今回は2027年3月20日(土)-21日(日)に御茶ノ水ソラシティカンファレンスセンターで開催いたします。テーマは「Advancing Global Communication through Ultrasound:世界とつながる超音波医学」とさせていただきました。JSUOGの理念を形にすべく、日本の中だけでなく世界的な視野をもって診療や研究をしていく人材を増やしたいと考えています。内容は超音波にとどめず、遺伝や治療など産婦人科医が日常かかわる様々な分野に及びます。第4回、第5回の学術集会の特徴であった国際性を引き継ぎ、1日目は英語のセッションにさせていただきました。2日目は日本語のセッションとし、これから世界に挑戦する方に、まずはISUOGの発表スタイルに慣れていただこうと考えています。
海外から魅力的な超音波医学を発信している先生にご講演をいただくとともに、海外からも多くの方に参加していただきたいと思います。この大会を通じて世界の方々と情報を交換し、コミュニケーションを加速していただく場となれたなら幸いです。皆様の診療や研究にとって、有意義な講演や発表、そして人との出会いが必ずあると信じています。

It is my great pleasure to serve as the Congress Chair of the 6th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (JSUOG). JSUOG was established in 2020 with the aim of promoting international development and collaboration in ultrasound medicine within the field of obstetrics and gynecology in Japan. (It later became a General Incorporated Association in 2025.) Our mission is to foster professionals who can actively contribute to international academic societies, particularly the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG), to advance clinical practice and research in Japan with interest in international research, and to enhance international dissemination of knowledge from Japan.
The 6th Annual Meeting will be held on March 20 (Sat)–21 (Sun), 2027, at Ochanomizu Sola City Conference Center in Tokyo. The theme of this year is:
“Advancing Global Communication through Ultrasound”
In the theme is our wish to pave the way for Japanese clinicians and researchers to open their minds and deepen their communication with global research community. We vow to take every step to embody this mission. This year’s programs will extend beyond ultrasound and cover a wide range of fields relevant to everyday obstetric and gynecologic practice, including genetics and therapeutic approaches.
Continuing the globalist spirit that characterized the 4th and 5th Annual Meetings, the first day of the congress will feature sessions conducted entirely in English. The second day will consist of Japanese sessions, designed particularly for participants who are preparing to be actively involved in international conferences, and become familiar with the presentation style commonly used at ISUOG meetings.
We are honored to invite distinguished speakers from overseas who are leading the field of ultrasound medicine, and we also hope to welcome many participants from around the world. It would be our great pleasure if this meeting could serve as a platform for exchanging ideas globally and accelerating communication among colleagues worldwide.
We firmly believe that this congress will provide meaningful lectures, presentations, and opportunities for new professional connections that will enrich your clinical practice and research activities.
